They both transitioned into the Broadway world via the Tony award-winning production of Billy Elliot the Musical. Their shared years of experience as performers adds value and a unique perspective to their collective goals of creating the best environment for which a student can thrive.

Both gentlemen found that teaching and directing because of their passion as their performing careers wound down. Utilizing the huge network of working professionals they have access to, MSquared is able to produce the most up to date dance education in America. it is the goal of MSquared to set the new gold standard in dance and theater training. We believe that with enough hard work and dedication that anything is possible. We believe that every student has the potential for greatness. We lead with love and mutual respect and know that our success is measured in the success of our students.
