On Sunday 13 December at 5:00 PM, join Dances Patrelle on YouTube Live for the premier of Ariel Rose's heartwarming new documentary about the history of Francis Patrelle’s, The Yorkville Nutcracker. It is about the creation, design, and choreography of The Yorkville Nutcracker, but most of all it's about the generations of dancers, young and not so young, who have made our holiday tradition so special. It includes interviews and footage from more than two decades of The Yorkville Nutcracker. Thousands of dancers have created twenty-five years of holiday magic. You may see people you know! You may even see yourself! Click to view preview one and preview two.
Join us via ZOOM immediately following the Premiere at 5:30 PM for An Open Discussion Moderated by Ariel Rose featuring Yorkville Nutcracker's choreographer Francis Patrelle, with Deborah Wingert, Anthony Carr, Sasha Reyser, and Abi Stafford.
As the year draws to a close, please consider a donation to Dances Patrelle. It is only with your much-needed support that we can once again see the kids of The Yorkville Nutcracker bring our magnificent holiday tradition back to the stage in 2021.
